Payment links

Share a link. Get paid.

No website needed. Make a link in the dashboard, on your phone or with one API call, then share it by message, email or a QR code on the counter.

Fernbank Yoga creates a reusable £15.00 payment link called Class pass in the dashboard, then copies the link into a message to a customer; the link also has a QR code. The customer opens it on their phone, enters an email for the receipt, pays £15.00 by card and sees Payment complete. The payment appears straight away in the Payments feed of Fernbank Yoga’s Tuppence app, marked Paid, and the link shows one payment and £15.00 collected.

A payment link made in the dashboard, shared by message and paid on the customer’s phone.
What a link can do

One link, set up the way you sell.

Fixed or pay-what-you-like

Set the price, or let the payer choose between a minimum and maximum you set. Amounts are checked on our server as well as the page.

Single-use or reusable

One payment, or many, with an optional cap on the number of payments.

Expiry

Close a link automatically at a set time, or expire it by hand.

After they pay

Show your own thank-you message, or send the payer back to your site with the payment’s ID in the URL.

QR codes

Every link has a QR code, as SVG or a PNG from 64 to 1024 pixels, for a menu, poster or invoice.

Your brand

Your name, logo and colour on the page and receipt, with your support details.

Subscription links

Point a link at a plan and payment starts the subscription. The page shows the recurring terms first.

Card-testing protection

A run of declined cards pauses the link and alerts you. Unpause it once you’ve checked.

From anywhere

Make links from code, or let an agent.

Make links in a few taps in the dashboard or the iPhone and iPad app. Or use the API, the Node and Python SDKs or the MCP server, from your code or an AI agent working for you.

In your pocket

Make a link at the counter.

The Tuppence app for iPhone and iPad makes a link in seconds and shows its QR code full screen. Your customer scans and pays on their own phone, and the payment appears in your live feed.

The app is in beta on iPhone and iPad. Android is on the way.
