Every rate, in every territory.
Your rates are set by the country your business is registered in. All rates exclude VAT and local sales tax, are in your local currency, and apply to the gross transaction amount.
Two models, chosen by territory.
Unbundled
Where interchange is capped by law: the United Kingdom, the EEA, Australia, New Zealand, Switzerland and Malaysia. A low base rate covers domestic consumer debit and credit cards. American Express, commercial cards and foreign-issued cards carry a surcharge on top.
Surcharges stack — a foreign commercial card pays the base rate plus both the commercial and the foreign surcharge.
Flat
Where interchange is unregulated: the United States, Canada, Singapore, Hong Kong and the United Arab Emirates. One rate plus a fixed per-transaction fee covers every domestically issued card, including Amex and commercial cards. Only foreign-issued cards carry a surcharge.
- The percentage applies to the gross transaction amount; the fixed fee, where there is one, applies per successful transaction.
- Your territory is the country your business is registered in, not where your customer is.
- A card is foreign when it was issued outside your territory. Its type and country of issue come from the card network’s data at authorisation.
- Refunds return the full amount to your customer. The original processing fee is not returned.
- Failed and declined transactions are not charged.
- Dispute fees are charged per dispute, only where the dispute is resolved against you.
- No monthly fee, no set-up fee and no minimum. The same pricing whether you take payments through the API, an SDK, a payment link or a subscription.
Base rate, plus surcharges that stack.

|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| United Kingdom | 0.79% | +1% | +2% | +2% | £15 |

* Australian rates assume the Reserve Bank of Australia’s interchange caps that take effect on 1 October 2026. The foreign-card surcharge is expected to change when caps on foreign-issued cards arrive, expected 1 April 2027.
Example (UK): a foreign-issued commercial card pays 0.79% + 2% + 2% = 4.79%.

Settlement, payouts and instant payout.
Settlement is what funds the headline rates: funds become available to pay out a set number of days after a transaction settles.
- First week — T+7. For the seven days after your first payment.
- Then — T+3. Automatically, from your second week.
- T+1 on request. After your first week you can ask for next-day settlement; each request is reviewed.
- Standard payouts are free, with no limit on how many you take. The minimum payout is 1 unit of your currency (for example £1 or $1).
Instant payout pays out your pending balance straight away for 0.99% of the amount paid out. It’s optional on every payout, available from your second week, in the territories below.
