Business tools, answered.
Is the software really free?
Yes. There’s no monthly fee and no commission. You pay the card rate on what customers pay by card, as you would on any Tuppence payment. A few extras cost what they cost us, such as texted reminders and shipping labels.
Can I use one tool on its own?
Yes. Switch on only what you need in your dashboard. Each tool still pays into the same balance, so turning on another later needs no new account.
Can I bring my shop or bookings across?
Yes. The store imports your catalogue from another platform, and keeps your old links working with redirects. Moving from Shopify.
Card payments from 0.9%, paid out by SEPA.
