Three card payments to Brightwell Studio: €45.00 for a workshop ticket through a payment link, €20.00 for an order through a hosted checkout, and €12.00 for a monthly Pro plan renewal. All three land in one balance of €77.00, which goes to the bank as one payout.
However you sell, there’s a way to be paid.

The same toolkit, whichever way you’re paid.
Links, pay pages and renewals all land in the same feed, pay out on the same schedule and refund the same way.
Payouts
T+3 settlement (T+7 while your account is new). Standard payouts are free. New accounts start with limits and a rolling reserve, which ease as you build a clean history. After that, instant payout of your pending balance costs 1.5%, taken from the payout. See our terms.
Refunds
Full or partial, from the dashboard, the API or the iPhone and iPad app. Your customer gets the full amount back; the processing fee isn’t returned.
Disputes
Evidence drafted from the payment’s own history for you to review and submit. A €15 fee applies only if the dispute goes against you.
Webhooks and events
Signed events for every change, retried for three days, with a test send and a delivery log.
Receipts and statements
Receipt emails and pages for your customers. Monthly statements as CSV or PDF, and daily reports, for you.
Customers
Search customers and see what each has paid, refunded and disputed.
Card numbers never touch our servers.
Cards go straight into secure card fields and stay with our PCI DSS Level 1 processor. What we do hold (your keys, your team, your events) is locked down.
How we keep it safeCards stay out of reach
Card payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 provider. Card numbers, CVCs and PINs never reach Tuppence, our logs or our SDKs.
Keys you can scope
Restricted keys with only the permissions they need, IP allowlists, and an alert if a key leaks.
People sign in properly
Two-factor sign-in, roles for your team, and Face ID before a refund in the app.
Everything on the record
An audit log of who did what, 30 days of request logs with secrets redacted, and signed webhooks.
Card payments from 0.9%, paid out by SEPA.
